Traditional Brick Making Machine

This machine is used for the production of traditional adobe bricks, which are commonly used for the restoration of historical buildings in the Yazd province, located in central Iran. These adobe bricks are also employed in some modern building facades that seek to incorporate traditional aesthetics.

The design of this project has been optimized and reverse-engineered to meet the necessary requirements for patent registration.

The general operation of the machine involves mixing the appropriate soil and additives with water. This mixture is then introduced into the machine, where it is thoroughly mixed. In the next stage, the mixture is fed into a mold and extruded into rectangular cube-shaped blocks. Finally, these blocks pass through a cutter, transforming them into multiple adobe bricks.
